Navigating the Bot Bureau dashboard

Control your assistant(s) and manage your account settings with ease

The dashboard is designed to give you access to everything you need from one place. If you bookmark only one page, this is the one.

There are several major sections on this page:

  1. Subscriber Info

  2. Manage your Assistants

1. Subscriber Info

Subscribers will see a bright yellow box at the top of the page with important plan, usage and subscription information.

2. Manage your Assistants

Primary Agent Card

Your Primary Agent card is the most important thing on the dashboard. This is where you can see key stats about your agent and access all of the settings which control it.

The Control Panel

At the top right corner of each card is two buttons and an ellipsis menu (the three dots) which hides more settings.

You can run multiple AI Phone assistants - each with their own local phone number - from one Bot Bureau account.

The best part? There's no additional setup charge! The usage across all of your assistants rolls up within your existing monthly allowance.

Clicking Add Another Assistant underneath the Primary Agent card will duplicate the last created assistant.
