If you sign up through one of our partners, this process will be slightly different.
You can set up your account, add knowledge, define behaviours and run as many test calls as you want completely free.
When you get the point where your assistant behaves, responds and sounds in a way that you are happy to use with your customers, you start a subscription.
The first thing to do, if you haven't done it already is to click the Add your Address & Company Registration Details link from your Dashboard. This allows us to register a local phone number for your business - an approval process that usually takes 24 hours. If you don't complete this step, or you aren't a registered business, we can register a Dublin (01) phone number for you.
From your Dashboard, click Manage Subscription on the main navigation menu. From there click Subscribe Now and a Stripe billing page will open. Complete the payment and your subscription starts. Once your local phone number is approved, we connect it to your assistant and you can using it with your callers.
Subscriptions do not require long-term commitment. They run month-on-month and can be cancelled any time.
