Cancelling a Subscription

This article applies to customers who sign up directly with Bot Bureau.

If you sign up through one of our partners, this process will be slightly different.

From your Dashboard, click Manage Subscription on the main navigation menu. From there click Open Stripe management page.

This takes you to a Stripe management page where you can cancel your subscription. Cancellations take effect from the end of the current billing period, at which point your phone number will be disconnected from your assistant.

If you want to retain your phone number(s) after cancellation

We will retain your phone number for up to one month after your subscription ends.

If you want us to transfer the number to you, you will need a Twilio account. You will need to have an approved regulatory bundle in advance and share your Account SID with us so we can initiate the transfer.

There will be a one time admin fee of €25 + VAT per account for phone number transfers.

If you do not want to retain your phone number(s) after cancellation

We will release the phone number back to the Twilio marketplace where someone else can buy and use the number.
