Before you forward a number to your AI assistant, there is one key consideration.
The 'Caller number' that will be saved will more than likely be the number you redirect from (i.e. your own number) rather than the caller's actual number.
This makes things like following up with calls and sending SMS messages a little bit less reliable, because your assistant relies on the caller providing that number voluntarily and accurately. You will also not be able to block callers.
That said, many of our customers forward calls from existing long-standing numbers with great success.
