Will my customers know they are speaking to an AI?

Yes, the EU AI Act mandates that AI must identify itself when speaking to customers, and ours does so at the start of every call (and we run compliance checks to after each call ensure this has happened). However, the assistant is designed to sound natural with an Irish accent and conversational style. Most callers will simply experience it as a professional receptionist.
