Can the assistant make outbound calls?

This isn't something that we offer 'out of the box' because we don't want our product being used for unsolicited phone calls and becoming the go-to solution for spam callers.

That said, if you have a genuine use case where consent is built-in then this is something we can work with you on.

✔️ Examples of acceptable use cases for outbound calls:

  • Capturing lead data on a website form where you explicitly ask a customer if they want a callback

  • Phoning staff members to give or collect specific information

❌ Examples of unacceptable use cases for outbound calls:

  • Entering a list of names and phone numbers and calling these customers without their prior knowledge or consent.

How are outbound calls charged?

Outbound calls are charged the exact same as inbound calls, with per-second use taken from your monthly allowance.
